A true highlight was meeting Niya Simone, creator and author of the HBCU Encyclopedia (HBCU Bound)—alongside her amazing mother. We were given a history lesson as we toured Cheyney University and had a stop in at the Marian Anderson building. Thanks to (Dr Connie Boswell G.G.P.), (Richard Washington B.E.T.) and Piney Grove Baptist Church for the collaboration in making it all happen.
